I called to ask whether the doctor provides online consultation, but the person who answered the call immediately told me to pay ₹700 online, and only then the doctor would speak to me whenever she is free. They didn’t even bother to ask my name or where I was calling from—nothing at all. I would like to say this to Dr. Anju Sinha: I have no problem paying the consultation fee, but your staff should at least guide patients properly. Instead, they disconnected the call without any proper communication. If I called, it is obvious that someone must have recommended your name to me. I’m sure I’m not the only one—many other girls might have faced the same rude behavior from your staff. Very bad experience with the staff.
